If you're a service provider in the wedding industry looking for web design packages, you've probably noticed it's confusing as hell. Some designers have 17 different tiers with features you don't even understand, let alone need as a small business. Others just say "call for a custom quote" and make you book a call before you can even see starting prices.
It's annoying and unrealistic. No one is booking a call in 2026 just to get a price range that should be publicly displayed. I don't make potential clients do that. I give options. If you want to book a call you can. But if you'd rather send a quick email first, or fill out a questionnaire instead because the thought of a Zoom call with a stranger is terrifying, I get it. I don't particularly enjoy booking Zoom calls just to get necessary information either.
I'll explain how my packages work, what's included, how to choose, and why working with me is way less headachey than most other designers.
The Problem With Most Web Design Packages
Most designers overcomplicate their packages for for wedding industry websites. They bundle a bunch of shit you don't need, charge you for it, and make it seem like they're doing you a favor.
They're not. Most designers don't want to work with service providers. They think the jobs are too small and they can't charge enough.
I love working with service providers. I've been one. I get it. I know a lot of them don't have it all figured out yet. And for me, the 'figuring out' is the best part! I love helping with that. Give me a problem to solve and you've made my day. And I also like projects that don't drag on for months!
What you don't need in a website package:
A "discovery call". It's really just a sales call (I can easily 'discover' what you need with a questionnaire)
'Strategy' calls, 'Kick-off' calls, 'check-in' calls, or any other type of 'call'. No decision requires a phone call or Zoom meeting (I will admit that phone is sometimes faster... but still not required most of the time)
Vague promises of a secret 'strategy' that doesn't exist (just look at most agency/designer websites and you'll realize there's no strategy involved)
A 10-12 page website. No small business needs that many pages. I don't. I didn't with any of my past businesses. You don't. I mean if you want to pay me for 12 pages I'll happily provide them. But you 99% most likely don't need them
3 months of 'ongoing support' you'll never use (because you hired a designer and aren't doing it yourself)
Fancy, flowery package names like "Grow Me', or "Elevate Me" (that explain none of what you'll actually get, and that sound so stupid you don't even want to book on principle alone)
I could actually list way more but I think you get it
You need a website that functions, looks professional, displays your offerings, and sells your products and services. That's really it.
My Two Simple Wix Packages (and why one of them is probably perfect for you)
I offer two package options and one hourly option. That's it. Pick what fits your situation. Both packages are the same price. Get what you actually need. Add on extras. If neither of those packages works, we can do hourly.

How the Booking Process Works
I keep this simple because working with a designer to get a website shouldn't be difficult.
Step 1: Fill out my questionnaire or book a free intro call
You can start with either. Or send a message on my contact form. Whatever works for you. The intro call is just an introduction and conversation about your project. No pressure, no sales pitch. Just to make sure we're aligned on expectations, and I'm a good fit for your project. If I'm not, I'll say so.
Step 2: I review your answers and project details and provide next steps
I'll send you available start dates and a quote for any optional extras if needed.
Step 3: Pay deposit and sign agreement
I'll send an invoice and service agreement. Pay the 50% deposit, sign the agreement, and we'll schedule your project for my earliest availability.
Step 4: I send you my CopyCraft content system and client portal
CopyCraft is my comprehensive Notion system that helps you plan, organize and write all your website copy, visuals and more. It includes instructions, tips, examples, AI prompts, fill-in-the-blanks, and image resources. It makes content creation way less painful. I could say painless. But website copy will never be that. Unless you're a professional copywriter. Just being honest.
Step 5: I design or redesign your site
It takes a week or less from the project start date. If you're getting a redesign, your current site stays live during the process, so there's no downtime.
Step 6: You review and request changes
One revision round is included. You tell me what you want changed, I update it. If you need more revisions, we can add that on.
Step 7: We launch
Pay final 50% and your site goes live.
Why My Packages Work for Wedding Professionals
I've run a few service-based businesses over the years (16 years to be exact). I know what you need because I've been there. I'm still there.
You don't have months to wait
Most designers take 4-6 weeks minimum. I get your site done in 1 week because I know you need to start booking clients now, not 2 months from now.
You don't need endless meetings or calls
One or two questionnaires (depending on the project), and maybe one intro call if you want to chat first. All our communication is done through your client portal so it's not annoying. I get your info, I do the work, you review it, I make changes, you're published. That's it.
You need help with content but can't afford a copywriter
My CopyCraft system is included with every package. It helps you write your own content so you're not paying hundreds per page for copywriting unless you want to. I can do it if you want. No pressure.
You don't want to be stuck hiring me back for every update
I include a training guide so you can make simple updates yourself. Change your hours, swap a photo, update your pricing... it's all pretty easy once you know how. For bigger stuff, I'm available for an affordable hourly rate.
You need straightforward pricing
No confusing tiers. No surprise fees. You know exactly what you're paying up front.
How I Make This Easy and Non-Headachey
I work with service providers
Wedding planners, photographers, coaches, florists, virtual assistants, bakeries, makeup artists, etc. I know what you need and I don't overcomplicate it.
I use Wix Classic Editor
It's user-friendly, has all the features you need, and you won't have to learn code. After I hand off your site, you can easily manage your site yourself if you want to.
Your site stays live during redesigns
I work off duplicated pages so your current site doesn't go down. No interruption to your business.
I provide resources
Content system, training videos, links to tutorials and videos. You're not left figuring everything out on your own. Everything you need to know to edit your site is conveniently located in one place.
I'm not trying to upsell you
If you don't need 15 pages, I'm not going to try to convince you that you do. You pay for what you need. And no you don't need 15 pages (in case you were wondering).
Who This Is (and Isn't) For
My services ARE for you if:
You're a new or established service provider (I specialize in the wedding industry but you don't have to be)
You need a professional website fast
You're embarrassed of your current site or don't yet have one
You want simple pricing and a straightforward process
You don't want to deal with endless calls and decisions, and back-and-forth. You just want it done
Other designers are difficult to work with
My services ARE NOT for you if:
You need a huge, complex website with custom coding, animations and movement in every section
You need an ecommerce site with hundreds of physical products. I'm happy to redesign an existing Wix store, but I no longer build new ones
If you have a large team and need approvals from 5 people or take weeks to decide things, this probably won't work. My design process is fast. And to remain fast, I need you to respond fast too
I know what some of you are thinking – "If you're in Canada, why are you charging in US dollars?"
It's simple. I get way more inquiries from American businesses than Canadian ones. Canadians are used to seeing prices in US dollars. Converting it is normal for us. Everything we want to buy online is in US dollars. Americans are not used to Canadian dollars. They want to be billed in their own currency. They don't automatically know how the conversion works. So this way it's just way easier for everyone.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much do your Wix redesigns cost?
They start at $995 USD for a 1-page website, and include on-page SEO to help your website get visibility online so your ideal clients can find you and book you.
How much do your semi-custom Wix websites cost?
They also start at $995 USD for a 1-page website, and also include on-page SEO to help your website get visibility online.
Where are you located?
I'm based in Calgary, Canada. But I work with wedding professionals and service providers worldwide.
Can you redesign a website that's not on Wix?
While I don't work with other platforms, I'd be happy to design you a new semi-custom website on Wix!
How long does a Wix redesign take?
Usually a week or less once the project starts. The exact timeline depends on how quickly you provide feedback for revisions, but I keep the process fast and efficient so you can start booking clients as soon as possible.
How long does a semi-custom website take?
My semi-custom sites are also normally completed in a week or less once the project starts. Again, the exact timeline depends on how quickly you provide feedback for revisions, but my process has been streamlined to be fast.
How soon can you start?
Your project will be scheduled for my earliest availability, but most clients need at least 1-2 weeks to write, gather, and organize all their content for new websites. I collect the content prior to starting on the designing.
For redesigns, the current content might not all need to be updated, or you may already have content written, so I might be able to get started a bit sooner.
What exactly is the CopyCraft Studio content system?
Great question! This is the comprehensive Notion system I built over the course of a year to help my clients with writing and organizing their site copy and visuals. It includes all the website sections, pages and components you'll need, like hero section, about page, service packages, writing headings, keywords, etc. You'll have instructions, expert tips, examples, fill-in-the blanks, image uploaders and writing sections for every part of your website, brand identity worksheets and so much more.
Can I edit my website myself after you redesign it?
Yes! With Wix, you'll be able to easily update text, images, colors, links and more on your own. I provide resources for learning to make edits yourself so you feel confident managing your site. If you'd rather have edits done for you, I offer hourly rates and a monthly retainer option.
What pages can I have?
You can choose what works for your business. Every website will have a Home page, and service providers will also have at least one page for Services/Pricing/Packages. Other common pages are About, Contact, Blog, and FAQ. I can consolidate things if needed to keep page count low (not everything needs its own page), or extra pages can be added.
One-page websites will have everything as sections on their Home page, and the menu will link to the sections.
What if I have a blog? Can it be one of my 5 pages?
Great Question! Blogs can be confusing. Yes, you can have a blog as one of your pages, and because the main blog page and the individual post page work together, I include both and count them as one. I can add one blog post for you with your provided content.
Can you write blog posts for me?
Yes I offer blog post writing. One post is $200 US for up to 1,500 words with one revision round. I include SEO (keywords, meta description, title tag, tags, image captions, image resizing, etc) to help your post get found online. If you need a stock image, I'll include one from Wix's free image library.
What's included in the logo suite?
This is a wordmark logo package that includes your business name only, without an icon. You'll receive 3 logo variations for different usage, as well as a favicon (the little graphic at the top of a website tab. Here's an example of a wordmark logo:
