There are a hundred reasons agencies outsource Wix projects. Well, at least a handful.
Maybe you're slammed and don't have capacity. Maybe your team can build Wix sites but they're not specialists. Maybe you run the agency but outsource execution. Maybe you don't offer Wix at all and you're turning away money.
Whatever the reason, here's what matters: where you outsource to makes all the difference.
The Freelance Platform Gamble
Let's talk about what happens when agencies outsource Wix projects to cheap freelancers on Fiverr or Upwork.
You're hiring someone anonymous. Could be anyone, anywhere. You have no idea if they're actually doing the work themselves or outsourcing it to someone even cheaper, who can't even use the platform they're building on.
Communication is a nightmare across time zones and language barriers. Quality is a coin toss. Sometimes you get lucky. Often you don't.
And when shit goes wrong? Good luck getting it fixed. They've already moved on to the next $200 gig and you're ghosted. Sure, you can try to get a refund from Fiverr, but even if you do get one, your project is now way behind schedule and your client is less than pleased.
They don't know you outsourced the work, but they DO know their website took forever and sucks. And you don't want terrible client experiences like that ruining your business.

Why Agencies Outsource Wix Work
Every agency has different reasons for outsourcing:
Capacity issues: You have more Wix projects than your team can handle. You're not turning down work, you just need help getting it done
Skill level: Your team can build Wix sites, but they're not specialists in the platform so projects take longer than they should and aren't as profitable
Team preference. Your designers and developers want to focus on the platforms they specialize in (which aren't Wix)
Business model: You're a solopreneur running an agency. You handle sales and client relationships, but you outsource the actual execution
Specialization needed: You hit a tricky Wix problem and need an expert who uses Wix for their own website and deeply understands the quirks of the platform, not someone learning as they go
You don't offer Wix: You focus on other platforms or custom development, but Wix inquiries keep coming in and you're tired of turning away money
Whatever your situation, outsourcing makes sense when you need reliable help.
Why Wix Projects Need a Specialist
Here's the thing about Wix: it's not complicated, but it does have it's own quirks (and learning curve). I'm not lying when I say there are a lot of people who hate using it.
Someone who dabbles in Wix can build a functional site. But a specialist who knows the platform inside and out can build it better, faster, with proper mobile optimization (it's a lot more challenging on Wix than other platforms), and none of the common mistakes that come from not knowing the platform's quirks.
Speed matters. Quality matters. Reliability matters.
When you're outsourcing work that has your agency's name on it, you can't afford to gamble on quality.
What White Label Actually Means
White label is simple: I do the work, you take the credit, your client never knows I exist. It's perfect scenario for both of us because I hate marketing and I just want to do the work. You don't want to do the work. And you already have leads.
You maintain the client relationship. You handle all communication with them. You quote whatever pricing makes sense for your agency.
I handle the actual design and build in Wix. Fast. Professional. High quality.
You get a finished website you can hand off to your client without worrying about whether it's done right. And in the event that something does go wrong, you know where I work. (But I'm a perfectionist so you don't need to worry about many things going wrong).
Dekori Design Studio As a White Label Wix Partner
I'm not a random anonymous freelancer you found on a gig platform.
I'm Hailey, a Wix specialist in Calgary, Alberta. I work with service-based businesses and wedding professionals across North America and beyond. I've been self-employed for 16 years, including 12 years as a professional photographer, so I understand service businesses inside and out.
Here's what you'll get:
A Wix (classic editor) specialist: This is what I do. My own website is built on Wix. I understand how it works. And when something goes wrong, I know how to fix it.
Fast turnaround: Redesigns and semi-custom sites are completed in a week or less from the project start date. Your clients aren't waiting a month for a 3-page website.
Quality and style: View my website at dekoridesign.com. My design style can be described as intentional, structured, spacious, and inviting. My style leans a bit on the feminine side, with clean layouts that make it easy for visitors to navigate and get the information they need.
Reliable communication: I'm in a North American time zone. Native English speaker. You're not going to wait 18 hours for a response to an email, or try to decipher broken English to understand what's happening with your project.
Consistency: I'm not outsourcing your project to someone cheaper overseas. I'm doing the work myself. Every time. You'll know it's my work because it looks like my work.
Transparent pricing: My base packages start at $995-$1,495 USD, with optional add-ons for extra features. I keep the same rates for client work and white label work for simplicity. I also offer partnership discounts for agencies with ongoing work.
What This Solves for Your Agency
When you partner with a white label Wix specialist, here's what changes:
Capacity problems disappear. You can take on more Wix work without hiring, training, or overloading your current team.
Quality stays consistent. Your clients get professional websites with quality you can count on, not whatever-you-get-this-week from random Fiverr freelancers.
Your team focuses on what they're good at. Whether that's custom development, strategy, SEO, client management, or other platforms, Wix projects don't pull them away from their zone.
You can say yes to more projects. Wix inquiries don't have to be "sorry, we don't do that" anymore. They become profitable projects you can close quickly.
You keep the relationship. This is your client, your project, your agency's work. I'm invisible. You get the testimonial, the referrals, the ongoing relationship.
Revenue without overhead. You're not hiring, training, or managing someone to handle Wix. You're not paying for all the wasted hours they need to try to figure out how to fix something they don't know how to do. You're outsourcing an expert on a per-project basis and pocketing the difference between what you charge and what you pay me.
Streamlined content gathering for partners. Agency partners get access to my CopyCraft content system - a Notion workspace template you can use with all future clients to collect organized, complete, quality website content. This eliminates vague or confusing copy that causes websites not to convert.

Frequently Asked Questions: White Label Wix Redesign Services
What exactly is white label web design?
White label means I do the work, but your agency gets the credit. Your client never knows I exist. They only interact with you. You maintain the client relationship, handle all communication, and present the finished website as your agency's work.
How do I choose a white label Wix redesign partner?
Look for someone who:
Specializes in Wix (not just offers it as one of 10 different platform options)
Has a portfolio or a website with work you can view
A style that represents the style of work you want your agency to be associated with
Communicates clearly and quickly
Is in a compatible time zone
Red flags: portfolios that don't have a clear style (work looks random and inconsistent), dirt-cheap pricing, slow communication, or anyone who won't or can't show you their own website
What are the benefits of using white label services for Wix redesign projects?
Your team doesn't have to handle work outside their specialization. You can take on Wix projects without hiring, training, or paying an employee's salary. Fast turnaround means happy clients. Consistent quality from a specialist. You keep all client communication and the relationship. You make profit without the overhead of adding staff.
Where can I find white label Wix redesign experts for hire?
You're looking at one! But in general, you probably want to avoid Fiverr and Upwork for white label partnerships. You can get lucky and find good freelancers but it's not guaranteed. You need reliability and quality, not the cheapest option. Not those who are desperate for work. Look for independent Wix specialists with their own businesses, their own websites (that look like the quality you want), and transparent pricing and processes. I was actually approached by an agency before I had even considered the possibility of doing white label work. If you see someone you want to work with, don't be shy to reach out.
What do you charge for redesigns and semi-custom websites?
Base package pricing for service-based websites starts at $995 USD for 1-page and $1,495 USD for 3-5 pages. Pricing is the same for both redesign and semi-custom design for simplicity. Partnership pricing is available for agencies with ongoing projects.
How long does a typical white label Wix project take?
Projects utilizing my base packages are completed in a week or less project start. If there are add-ons like extra pages, services or features, it may take a bit longer depending on scope and my schedule. This timeline assumes we have all the content and assets from your client up front, prior to the project start date. Projects will be scheduled for a start date that allow the client time to prepare and provide their content.
Do you communicate directly with our clients?
No. You maintain all client communication. This is fully white label so I stay completely invisible like a ghost. You gather the project requirements from your client and pass them to me. I deliver the finished work to you, and you present it to your client. Everything stays under your agency's brand.
What happens if the client wants revisions? Is that included in your 'week or less' timeline?
I have a great system for this to keep my business invisible to your clients. All design work is completed in my 'ghost' account. It's a separate Wix account that has a generic url (not my business name). After I complete the work, I provide your agency with a link to the draft site, which you then give to your client as the proofing site. They go in and mark their requests for changes right on the actual pages. I see all their requests and complete the revisions before handing off the final site to you. I don't include revision time in my 'week or less', because I have no control over the time it takes your clients to review the site and provide feedback. Some people do it quickly within a day or two, and others may need more time. But I will complete the edits quickly, within a few business days of receiving their feedback. And I also give a second opportunity for small final adjustments and edits if needed.
Where are you located?
I'm based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I work with clients across North America and internationally. Being in a North American time zone is beneficial to Canadian and US-based businesses because communication happens quickly, during business hours.
What makes you different from hiring someone on Fiverr?
I'm not anonymous. You can find my website, see my work, verify I'm legit. I'm a native English speaker in your time zone. I specialize in Wix. It's not just one of many platforms I dabble in. I'm doing the work myself, not outsourcing to cheaper freelancers overseas. You get consistent quality, reliable communication, and someone who's invested in doing great work because this is my actual business, not a side hobby I dabble in.
Who do your websites work for and what is your style?
You can visit my site dekoridesign.com to see my design style and sample work. I specialize in Wix redesigns for service-based businesses and wedding professionals. I also offer semi-custom websites. All my work is in Wix Classic editor.
How do payments work for white label projects?
50% upfront before I start each project, remaining 50% due before I transfer the completed site to you. This is standard for project-based work and protects both of us. For ongoing partnerships with regular projects, we can discuss other options if necessary.
