FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I use the Wix Classic editor for client work. I chose this platform due to the user-friendliness for my clients, the wide range of useful features, and the design flexibility.
You will not need to learn to code, or be required to hire me back to complete simple site updates for you (unless you want to!). You'll have resources to manage your website on your own after handoff.
The start date for your project will depend on my current schedule and the time required to complete the work. I'll book you in for my earliest opening or a later date of your choice.
It's totally fine if you don't have content yet!
All clients are provided my comprehensive content system to help you organize and write your site copy. It's full of instructions, tips, examples, AI prompts and fill-in-the-blanks for your entire website.
It also includes helpful resources for sourcing and organizing your images.
If the idea of writing website copy makes your brain hurt and you'd rather have someone do it for you, I can take it over. Just say the word and I'll give you a quote.
Of course you're welcome to hire a copywriter or photographer if you choose!
I focus on on-page optimization to help your website rank higher in search results. This includes optimizing key elements like title tags, header tags, meta descriptions, alt text, headings, and internal linking. I'll also resize and compress images to ensure they load quickly while still looking sharp and high-quality.
Your content also needs to be keyword-friendly. While content writing isn’t included in my base packages, I do offer assistance with choosing keywords in my included content system.
If you need help with writing your content, I'm happy to provide a quote.
Having a Wix website means you don't need to worry about things like hosting or finding a domain registrar. Wix takes care of hosting and we can purchase your domain right from your site's backend.
I will set these up with all websites, but the fees will be paid by the client:

A revision is simply an edit or change. A revision 'round' is a consolidated set of requested changes after viewing the draft design. The process is super simple with my Wix's online proofing. You can mark specific elements and add comments directly on the page—no back-and-forth emails!
For semi-custom websites, you'll have 1 revision round to ensure a fast turnaround and affordability. For custom websites, you'll have 2 revision rounds, plus final adjustments to polish everything up to perfection!
Extra revision rounds can be added for an additional $100.
Yes! Your current site will stay active during the design process. I’ll work off duplicated pages so it doesn't affect your live site at all.
I can customize a package for you if needed. Let me know the details of what you're looking for and I can put together a no-obligation quote.
